Dibrugarh University Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Junior Engineer, Laboratory Attendant and Supervisor on contract basis in 2026.
Name of post : Junior Engineer (Civil) [on contract basis], Planning & Construction Branch, Dibrugarh University
No. of posts : 02 (two) [01 post reserved for ST(P) and 01 post reserved for OBC/MOBC]
Essential Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Desirable :
a) Having minimum 01 (one) year working experience in relevant field.
b) Having proficient knowledge in AUTOCAD
Salary : Consolidated fixed pay of Rs.31,400/- (Rupees Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred) only per month
Name of post : Laboratory Attendant (on contract basis), Department of Chemistry, Dibrugarh University
No. of posts : 01 (one) [ST(P)]
Essential Qualification : 10+2 Examination passed in Science Stream with Chemistry as one of the
subjects
Desirable :
a) Having minimum 03 months Certificate Course in Computer Application.
b) Working experience in any educational or research institution
Salary : Consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 19,200/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred) only per month

Essential Qualification :
a) A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and
b) A Certificate/ Diploma in Montessori Teachers’ Training from a recognized Institute
Desirable :
a) Having minimum 01 (one) year experience in relevant field.
b) Having comprehensive knowledge in Child Psychology, First Aid and Safety, Computer Applications and having basic knowledge in Finance & Accounts
Salary : Consolidated fixed pay of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only per month.
How to apply :
For the post of Supervisor, candidates may appear for a Walk-in-Interview on 22nd January, 2026 (Thursday) at 10.30 A.M. in the “Chintan”, Conference Hall of the Office of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University, Assam. Candidates must bring all the original and self-attested copies of admit cards, certificates and marksheets from matriculation (10th standard) onwards, in support of their educational qualification and experience with the application in prescribed format which can be obtained from the University website : www.dibru.ac.in-> ‘Application form for grade III posts’. The candidates shall have to register their names by depositing Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) as Registration Fee at the Venue on the day of Interview by 11.00 A.M.
