Qualification/Eligibility Criteria :
SG Officer of IRTS cadre with 14 years but less than 17 years of Group A’ service altogether will be designated as Sr. GM (C&O).
JAG/SG Officer of IRTS cadre with who has completed minimum 9 years of Group A service will also be designated as GM (C&O).
