Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati will host “The Dragon & The Botanist” at Nest Asia from June 3 to 7, 2026. The dining event combines an Asian set menu with botanical-inspired cocktails and mocktails.

The event will be held at Nest Asia from 7:00 PM onwards and will feature food and beverage pairings based on Asian flavours and botanical ingredients.

“The Dragon & The Botanist” includes a specially curated Asian signature set menu along with botanical-inspired beverages.

The menu features dishes such as Tom Yum Thukpa, La Zi Ji, Sichuan Chicken, Gaeng Matsaman Curry and Chak-Hao Kheer.

Beverage offerings include the Sichuan Negroni, Thai Basil Smash, Shanghai Blossom, The Zen Garden and Fiery Dragon.

According to the organisers, the menu incorporates ingredients commonly used in Asian cuisines, including lemongrass, kaffir lime, Sichuan pepper, star anise, basil and bird’s eye chilli. These are paired with botanical infusions and herb-based beverages.

The event will be hosted at Nest Asia, which offers a contemporary Asian dining setting.
