Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati has launched โ€œThe Street Edit โ€“ A Street Food Festival at Cafรฉ B You,โ€ offering a curated selection of popular street food dishes from across India in a refined dining setting.

The festival is being held at Cafรฉ B You from May 18 to 24, 2026. Guests can visit between 7 pm and 11 pm till May 23, while a special lunch service will be available on Sunday, May 24, from 12:30 pm to 4 pm.

The menu features a range of regional street food favourites, including live veg momos from Sikkim, Mumbaiโ€™s vada pav, Delhiโ€™s golgappa with flavoured pani and ram ladoo, Biharโ€™s litti with choukha, and Keralaโ€™s appam with chicken stew, among others.

According to the hotel, the dishes have been prepared in a way that preserves their authentic flavours while offering guests a cleaner and more comfortable dining experience.

The festival ambience at Cafรฉ B You has also been designed to reflect the vibrancy of street food culture while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere for diners.
