accelerated research for 6G ecosystem – TTDF scheme/DoT in the Department of ECE entitled “TARANG: Design of Terahertz Wireless Communications Systems for 6G” in 2026.

Essential Qualification :
M. Tech./M.E. degree in ECE/EE/E&I, with/without valid GATE/NET, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL category and minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA at both UG and PG for SC/ ST/ PwD category.
Desirable Experience :
A solid understanding of digital communication, probability theory, optimization, and wireless communications is crucial. Experience with programming languages and simulation tools such as MATLAB or Python.
Emoluments : INR 37,000/-+HRA (with and without GATE/NET)
