Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Assistant Finance Specialist, Accounts Assistant and Assistant Engineer in 2026.
Name of post : Assistant Finance Specialist
No. of posts : 1
Qualification & Experience :
1. B. Com from any of the recognized boards or university. Candidate must possess minimum six (6) months certificate/diploma in Computer Application from Govt. recognized institute.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification work experience in accounting, financial management for large scale programme/projects/any Centrally sponsored scheme.
3. Should have working experience in Public Financial Management System (PFMS).
4. Should be well versed with the state government operation procedure.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good knowledge of written and
spoken Assamese, English & Hindi
6. Should be well versed with MS office, Dashboard, etc. and any other computer applications which will be essential for day-to-day activities
Remuneration : Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
Age Limit : Up to 35 years
Name of post : Accounts Assistant
No. of posts : 1
Qualification & Experience :
1. Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Institute or University.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in budgeting, financial management, accounts and audit in Government/PSU entity.
3. Candidates working in similar capacity in Government projects/PSU/Externally aided
projects will be given preference.
4. Experience of working with Tally software
5. Sound knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST and other Taxation matters
6. Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse
and confidential material.
7. Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in MS-Office, Internet, e-mail etc.
8. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language
Remuneration : Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month
Age Limit : Up to 35 years
Name of post : Assistant Engineer
No. of posts : 1
Qualification & Experience :
1. Graduate in Civil Engineering from any AICTE approved recognized institute or
university
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in Project management of building construction, and urban infrastructure development projects
3. Experience of working in health infrastructure projects will be an additional qualification.
4. Experience of working with infrastructure project of externally aided funded project is
desirable.
5. The applicant must be computer literate and has to be well versed with MS-Office
package/AUTOCAD etc.
6. Experience in project management software packages like primavera, MS-Project will be
added advantage
7. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Assamese.
Remuneration : Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month.
Age Limit : Up to 45 years
Selection Procedure :
Candidates may appear for walk-in-interviews for the above posts from 16th February 2026 to 18th February 2026. Time of interview is from 11 AM onwards. Reporting time is 10 AM.
