AGARTALA: Tripura chief minister Manik Saha announced that government agencies are working tirelessly to address the threats posed by Cyclone Remal, which has already caused significant disruption in the state and across the Northeast.

Tripura CM Manik Saha praised the efforts of the agencies involved, stating, “Although normal public life has been somewhat disrupted due to the impact of Cyclone Remal in different parts of the state, the administration is continuing all efforts.”

“I commend the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), power personnel, fire department, and other emergency service personnel who are working tirelessly in this disastrous weather,” he said.

The Tripura CM also called on citizens to support the administration and government efforts.

“I urge the people in all parts of the state to extend their cooperation to the administration and the government until the situation becomes normal,” he added.

Emergency response teams, including the NDRF, power personnel, and fire department, are on the ground working around the clock to mitigate the effects of the cyclone and restore normalcy as quickly as possible.
