Back in 2019, Microsoft made its first investment of $1 billion in OpenAI as it competes with Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com Inc. and Meta Platforms Inc. to dominate the fast-growing tech industry.Child Day is celebrated every year on January 24 in India

The investment deal is followed by Microsoft’s announcement last week which said  it had begun laying off employees in part of an effort to cull 10,000 positions.

OpenAI requires the funding of Microsoft and cloud-computing power to crunch massive volumes of data.

Microsoft has confirmed to offer new AI-backed experiences on its consumer and enterprise products.

The Azure OpenAI service will also get access to ChatGPT and other tools and developers/enterprises will be able to incorporate these into their own products and applications.
