The video showed her gracefully and passionately dancing Kathak in a vibrant ethnic ensemble

Although dance can be the perfect way to stay fit and improve your skills during your teenage years, you should also make some changes in your lifestyle for staying in good health

According to nutritionist Lovneet Batra, teenage years can be a tricky phase of life as hormones may be in a state of flux  which can still become unbalanced due to a variety of underlying causes

She claims that hormones have a huge impact on your overall health and well-being as they affect everything from your menstrual cycles to health issues like PCOS, Thyroid, PMS and Endometriosis

Physical activities like dance or any other exercise boosts appetite hormones and improves the body’s use of the hormone insulin

3. Get consistent and adequate sleep

Little sleep or being exposed to artificial light during night time hours may lead to disruptions in melatonin, cortisol and also influence insulin resistance

4. Increase healthy fats in your diet
