Bollywood actress Disha Patani has often revealed in her media interviews that she had to cut down her sugar intake to stay in fit shape

She had earlier revealed that she always eats apples as it is a fruit that satiates hunger as well as destroys her intense sugar cravings

If you also have a sweet tooth and a high sugar craving, you can lose weight by cutting down its intake with the help of these remedies-

i) Increase your protein intake during breakfast, lunch or dinner as it improves insulin sensitivity

ii) Have cinnamon water after meals as it a great way of controlling your blood sugar levels

iii) Include complex carbs in your diet as it stimulates the release of serotonin in your body

iv) Drink a glass of fenugreek seeds water daily to prevent blood sugar level spikes

v) Include magnesium rich food items like nuts, quinoa and spinach as it regulates blood sugar levels

vi) Get sun exposure for at least 15 minutes from 9 AM to 11 AM daily as Vitamin D plays a great role in managing blood sugar levels

vii) Have small frequent meals to balance blood sugar levels and try to include gut friendly foods like idli, dosa, curd etc to improve gut health

viii) Add 1 tsp ghee on rotis during lunch as it is rich in essential fatty acids and controls sugar cravings to a great extent
