i)
Increase your protein intake
during breakfast, lunch or dinner as it improves insulin sensitivity
ii) Have
cinnamon water
after meals as it a great way of controlling your blood sugar levels
iii) Include
complex carbs
in your diet as it stimulates the release of serotonin in your body
iv)
Drink a glass of fenugreek
seeds water daily to prevent blood sugar level spikes
v) Include magnesium rich food items
like nuts, quinoa and spinach as it regulates blood sugar levels
