As cases of Omicron seem to be on the rise in Delhi, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority has announced new restrictions ahead of Christmas and New Year celebrations.
The DDMA has instructed the DMs to take all required measures in their respective jurisdictions to control the spread.
The authority has also said that the “no mask, no entry” policy should strictly be ensured at all shops and workplaces across the national capital.

The authority has also ordered that No cultural event or gatherings would be allowed amidst the ongoing situation.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also called for a review meeting on Thursday.
During the meeting, Kejriwal will review the preparations by the Delhi government as the Omicron scare continues.
