The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE) has announced the date sheet of the Class 12 examinations for the remaining subjects.
“It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that the Class XII 2020 HSSLC Examination for the remaining subjects shall be held on the dates as scheduled below in the respective examination centres,” the MBOSE said in a notification.
According to the notification issued by T. R. Laloo, the Controller of Examinations, MBoSE, Tura, the exam for Statistics will be held on June 8, 2020 (Monday).
The exam for Music (Western) and Physical Education will be held on June 9, 2020 (Tuesday).
As per the date sheet, the exam for Mathematics will be conducted on June 10, 2020 (Wednesday).
The examinations will be conducted from 10 AM to 1 PM.
The Controller of Examinations, MBOSE, in the notification said: “Officers-in-Charge of Examination Centres are to adhere to all protocols related to the COVID-19.”
On Friday, Meghalaya education minister Lahkmen Rymbui announced that the HSSLC examinations for the remaining four subjects would be conducted by the MBoSE on June 8, 9 and 10.
He also said the routine will be published on Saturday.
Rymbui told reporters: “The results of SSLC and HSSLC examinations are likely to be declared in the last week of June or first week of July.”
Around 3,779 students of the state will sit for the examinations in 59 centres.
Sources said there are also students from foreign countries like Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar and Bangladesh who will sit in the examination for the remaining subjects.
