Maruti Suzuki is offering heavy discounts on some of its BS-VI vehicles for the month of March.

The discount offers have been announced to attract its customers before the BS-VI emission norms come into force in India from April 1, 2020.

A number of four-wheeler manufacturing companies have been offering concessions on BS-IV compliant vehicles so that their stocks are cleared on time and Maruti Suzuki is also not leaving behind.

What are the discounts that the Maruti Suzuki offers?

One can avail benefits up to Rs 45,000 on purchasing Maruti’s midsize sedan Ciaz, say media reports.

Along with an exchange bonus of up to Rs 25,000 and a corporate discount up to Rs 10,000, the company is also offering a cash discount of Rs 10,000.

The discount will be available on different variants of the Ciaz.

The car, which comes with the 1.5-litre petrol engine and its price starts from Rs. 8.31 lakh to 11.09 lakh.

The company is offering an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 on purchasing Maruti Suzuki XL6 MPV.

The car has 6 seats and is equipped with 2 gearbox options and its price starts from Rs 9.84 lakh.

One can purchase Baleno, which was launched with a BS6 engine earlier last year, with a cash discount of Rs 20,000 along with an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000.

The customers can also avail of a corporate discount of Rs 5,000.

The price of Baleno starts from Rs 5.7 lakh to Rs 9.03 lakh.

Baleno is in direct competition with cars like Hyundai i20, Tata Altroz and Honda Jazz.

The BS-VI version of the Ignis, which comes with a 1.2-litre petrol engine, is available in different variants.

The company offers a cash discount of Rs 20,000 for Sigma and Rs 10,000 for Delta, Zeta and Alpha Trims.

Besides, the customers can also get an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and a corporate discount of Rs 5,000.
