Colors of India- a cultural programme depicting Indiaโ€™s diversity and vibrancy was held on Thursday at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU).

The event was also attended by Su Yingying, Dean, School of Asia Studies, BFSU.

The various programmes included performances of classical dances like Kathak, Odissi, and Bharatanatyam along with a Sitar and Tabla performance.

With around 200 students in the audience, the event also included a choreographed yoga performance.

To mark the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi an exhibition of Gandhi Paintings by Chinese artists was also put up.
