As per reports, the letter which has been written in Hindi was received by the CJI office and the CJI himself is yet to see it.

Gogoi asked the secretary general of the court S Kalagaonkar to prepare a note on the letter and send it to him.
The rape victim, her mother and another family member had written in the letter that the family members of the prime accused BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar were threatening their family and even visited their house and threatened them that they have the power to send them to jail and get Sengar out on bail. The letter had been written on July 12.
However, the rape victim, her family and her lawyer who were travelling by a car met with a deadly accident at Rae Baraeli district in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday.
The car was hit by an over speeding truck critically injuring the rape victim and her lawyer.
Two of her aunts lost their lives in the deadly accident.
The kin of the rape victim suspects the involvement of Sengar’s aides behind the accident.
The Unnao rape survivor had earlier accused that Sengar had in 2017 lured her on the pretext of giving her a job and later raped her.
