ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region (ICAR RCNEH) Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the project entitled “National Innovations in Climate Resilient Agriculture- Technology Demonstration Component (NICRA-TDC).” Post is purely on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project. The selectedcandidate can not claim for permanent absorption in ICAR. ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, a premier research institute under the Natural Resource Management division of Indian Council of Agricultural Research, has been promoting and conducting research, extension and human resource development activities in agriculture and allied sectors for hilly and mountain ecosystem of North Eastern Hill Region. The institute has been striving hard through activities in its various divisions to maximize the needed output aimed at fulfilling its goals.

Qualification :
Essential: M.Sc(Agri) in Horticulture/ Agronomy / Agril. Economics/Agriculture Extension
Desirable: Experience in climate related activities in agriculture and basics knowledge of computer & statistics
Emoluments : Rs. 31000/- per month + HRA
Age Limit :
Age limit for the post is 35 years for men and 40 years for women candidates

Selection Procedure :
A walk-in-interview will be held altogether on 14th May 2024 at 11.00 am at ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Ri-Bhoi.
