WhatsApp has rolled out a new feature that allows users to chat with unknown numbers.

For using this WhatsApp feature on iOS tap the “Start new Chat button” and then enter the unknown phone number.

This WhatsApp feature is available for Android and iOS users.

This feature makes it easier for users to search for unknown numbers.

Searching for an unknown number can be considered an additional privacy measure.

WhatsApp will also introduce the animated avatar feature.
