1. Take a handful of spinach, wash and blanch it.

2. To blanch spinach, boil a pan of water and submerge the leaves in it. Let it soak for about 40 seconds and then drain the spinach by dumping it in a bowl of cool water to stop cooking immediately

3. Take a mixer and add spinach, 2 bananas, 1 cup of curd along with 2 tbsp of honey and then grind thoroughly

4. Garnish the smoothie with some toasted nuts and slices of caramelized bananas
