Ingredients- Oil - 2 tbsp, Jeera - 1 tsp, Green chilli – 2, Onions - 1 finely chopped, Ripe alphonso - 3 cut in cubes, Red chilli powder - 1 tsp, Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp, Salt to taste, Water - 2 tbsp, Coriander chopped – handful

Heat oil in a pan, add the green chillies and onions and sauté for a few minutes

Add the chopped mangoes along with jeera, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, salt and cook well
