While mangoes are used in numerous ways in making of desserts, it is used for making salty dishes very rarely
If you want to taste the tasty fruit of summer in a totally new avatar, you can try this sabzi recipe as curated by food blogger Shreya Agarwal and MasterChef India Season 7 contestant Aruna Vijay-
Ingredients- Oil - 2 tbsp, Jeera - 1 tsp, Green chilli – 2, Onions - 1 finely chopped, Ripe alphonso - 3 cut in cubes, Red chilli powder - 1 tsp, Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp, Salt to taste, Water - 2 tbsp, Coriander chopped – handful

Heat oil in a pan, add the green chillies and onions and sauté for a few minutes

Add the chopped mangoes along with jeera, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, salt and cook well

Pour water and let it cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander and enjoy
