Congress leader Rahul Gandhi revealed that his father Rajiv Gandhi has been one of the greatest teachers of his life

Gandhi, who had just recently posted a YouTube vlog on his mesmerizing journey to Ladakh via a motorcycle, revealed that his father told him that Pangong Tso Lake is one of the most beautiful places on Earth

He also revealed that he has always been yearning to go to Ladakh to witness the majestic views of the place and interact with the inhabitants of the beautiful land

With his KTM30 bike, Gandhi went for one the most exhilarating journeys of his life which spanned for over 1000 km

According to Gandhi, the most beautiful part of Ladakh is its people who he feels are humble, empathetic, and resilient

He also revealed how he was impressed with the youngsters of Ladakh who he feels has great potential to think outside the box and not being afraid of pushing boundaries

Gandhi also revealed that he was inspired to revel in the spirit of patriotism with India's Ex-servicemen, on-duty Army and Police personnel, the BRO officers and workers whom he met during this journey

Sharing a video on how he got inspiration to visit Ladakh, Gandhi wrote, “Ladakh is one of India's crown jewels, and one of the world's most important strategic locations. It broke my heart to see a sense of betrayal in the eyes of the people.”

“They felt betrayed by the Prime Minister when he lied about Chinese occupation of our land. They felt betrayed by the BJP government when it failed to fulfil any of its promises,” he added

“A government must empower all of its people, and Ladakh needs good governance. Bharat Mata is the voice of each and every Indian, and I will do everything I can to amplify the voice of Ladakh,” he added
