Namita Thapar, who is serving as an Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals and has served as a judge in Shark Tank India, recently schooled netizens on the meaning of real education and freedom

Sharing a post on LinkedIn, Thapar posted how her recent video of a lazy Sunday barbeque post on Instagram had made her the victim of severe trolling on social media

“Monday motivation - The comments on my barbeque insta post have been so interesting, shows such a lack of tolerance, I’m a vegetarian & teetotaller & have never tasted meat (that’s a choice, not some badge of honour I carry) but that doesn’t mean I disrespect those who eat it,” she wrote

“However, whether it’s choices around food or then religion or gender I see lately that intolerance has reached new heights,” she added

“Every human should be respected regardless of their personal backgrounds & preferences, that’s what real education, evolution & freedom means to me. So the Monday motivation is - let’s love more, judge less,” she added

Thapar had recently shared a post on Instagram where she showed various droolworthy dishes ranging from barbequed meat, fried veggies, pizzas, babycorn, hot dogs and drinks

However, the pictures of meat led several people to criticize her asking whether whether she is really a vegetarian or not

“What type of vegetarian you are. No,you aren't. I am going to unfollow you. Double standard people,” one wrote

“Vegetarian unfollow her right now it’s srawan mah now,” another added
