Farha Naaz Laskar recently became the first lady from Assam to win a MasterChef apron with her brilliant culinary creations during the final auditions of the eighth season of the  popular cooking reality show

Her dish Otenga Fish with Crispy Sesame Sesame Sushi Rice impressed the three judges- Chefs Pooja Dhingra, Vikas Khanna, and Ranveer Brar- leading her to clear the final round of auditions in MasterChef India 8

The creative palette crafted with her culinary expertise comprised of Outenga Fish, Aloo Pitika Puree, Crispy Bora Saul and Beetroot Caviar

2. She has done her B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering from Assam University Silchar

4. Laskar converted her passion for cooking into an enterprise by setting up a cloud kitchen named Mamazaki
