Belly fat is one of the most irksome issues that acts as a blockage for our weight loss journey

Here is a healthy soup recipe you can have for reducing belly fat as suggested by dietitian Manpreet Kalra-

Ingredients Required-  Tomato – 1, Green moong dal rinsed and soaked - 2 Tablespoon, Ghee - 1 tsp, salt & pepper- a pinch each, Water - 300ml ,  Carrot – 1

Method-   1. In a pot add ghee and chopped tomato, carrot and beans. Saute it for a minute and add salt and pepper

2. In a pressure cooker, add green moong dal, water and cook for 10 minutes. (3 whistles). Blend the cooked dal till a smooth consistency is obtained.

3. Pour it in a bowl and add sauteed veggies. Mix and enjoy!
