1. Take half cup of moong and wash them well. Then soak them for 3 hours in 2 litres of water

2. After 3 hours, Cook them in a half-covered vessel on medium flame until it comes to its first boil. Remove the froth. Keep it cooking until it becomes soft

3. When it is soft, add a pinch of black pepper pepper, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, long pepper powder, dry ginger powder & salt. Mix well and allow to simmer for 1-2 minutes
