Renowned tech company Google has launched its first ever foldable phone named the Pixel Fold and at its I/O event on May 10, 2023

Powered by the Google Tensor G2 processor, the Pixel Fold comes with a 5.8-inch FHD+ OLED outer display and a 7.6-inch inner display.

Besides 512GB of internal storage and 12GB RAM, the foldable smartphone comes with a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor, a 10.8MP telephoto lens, and a 10.8MP ultra-wide angle lens.

For selfies, it comes with a 9.5MP outer front camera and an 8MP front camera

“When closed, Pixel Fold has a familiar smartphone silhouette that fits in the palm of your hand and slides into your pocket,” Google said in a blog post

“ Flip it open to reveal a 7.6-inch screen with a thinner profile than any other foldable phone in the market,” it added

It also wrote that the Pixel Fold unlock endless ways of having fun and getting things done whether it is open or closed

“Pixel Fold has many of the camera experiences you’ve come to expect from a Pixel — from Super Res Zoom with 5x optical zoom, Real Tone, Night Sight and Portrait photography along with pro-level modes from Pixel 7 Pro, such as 10-bit HDR video,” the company stated
