However, Gauri Khan took to Instagram recently to express gratitude towards Sonam Kapoor for helping her to host Beckham and turn an evening into a memorable one

Meanwhile, Sonam Kapoor who hosted a party for Beckham also attended the reception given by Gauri and Shah Rukh Khan for the football legend.

“Was an honour hosting the legendary @davidbeckham ! Thank you @sonamkapoor for making this lovely evening happen,” wrote Gauri in a post on Instagram

Sonam replied to the post and wrote, "Thank you so much for hosting us... you're the best."

Meanwhile, David Beckham also wrote separate notes of gratitude for Gauri Khan and Sonam Kapoor in a post on Instagram
