Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt recently made a grand debut at Met Gala 2023 in a ivory silk tulle and satin face organza exaggerated basque waist ball gown embellished with hand beaded pearls

The beautiful gown, comprising of 1,00,000 pearls, has been designed by Prabal Gurung and Bhatt completed her look with accessories mostly comprising of pearls

Bhatt, who has recently proclaimed herself to be ‘a girl’ who ‘never can have too many pearls’ stunned her fans earlier with her amazing weight loss that she had managed to achieve soon after becoming a mother

The actress, who often shares pictures of her fitness routine, not only exercises regularly but also takes eight meals a day in small portion sizes so that she can remain healthy and happy

According to dietitian Manpreet Kalra, it is important to work on fat loss as fat cells which have low circulation often die out and gets cleaned by the immune system

During the process of cleaning, cytokines are released which causes inflammation of the body, leads to increase in insulin resistance and makes the body gain more fat

Here is a fat loss diet that you can follow as suggested by Kalra-

1. Start your day with overnight soaked fenugreek seeds water, 5 almonds and 2 walnuts. Have a protein-rich breakfast like poha with peanuts and paneer, chana dal with upma or soaked / sprouted dal cheelas

2. During mid-meal, include any seasonal fruit with chia seeds or pumpin seeds. Lunch should be a complete meal which should include millet roti / rice, dal, any seasonal vegetable, salad, curd

3. A mid-evening meal should be done at 4 PM. Have snacks like roasted makhana, roasted chana, namkeen mix, fruit.  Dinner should be kept light. Include vegetable khichdi, millet cheelas, vegetable oats, soups, vegetable daliya

4. Have 1 tsp apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp isabgol + 200 ml water concoction 15-20 minutes before lunch or dinner
