Ingredients : 2 handful of Coriander, 12-15 mint leaves, 10-15 curry leaves, 1/2 small raw mango or 1 Amla, 2 Green Chillies, 1 small Slice of Ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, Normal/Black Salt- 1/2 tsp, Cumin (jeera powder)- 1/4th tsp, Handful of Roasted Chickpeas, 1 tsp mix of sunflower & pumpkin seeds (optional), Juice of 1/2 lime and 2 ice cubes

Mix the ingredients, blend it into the smooth consistency and its ready to eat. You can add the chutney with rice, chapati, bread, or just have 1 tbsp of it with/post meals. You can store it in the fridge easily for a week or can also make ice cubes of it and store it in the freezer for 1 month
