Assam minister Pijush Hazarika has announced that the state government will soon announce vacancies for 40000 government jobs for the youths
Addressing a public gathering at Laluk Gana Bhawan ground in Lakhimpur, Hazarika said that the state government would be providing 15000 government jobs to the youths in the next six months
He also said that the state government is further planning to recruit another 25000 youths soon in the next two and half years
“I want to tell you that 15000 youths will get government jobs in the next six months without having to pay a single penny,” said Hazarika
“During a recent discussion with Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, we were planning to recruit another 25000 youths in another two and half years during the rule of our government,” he added
Hazarika also said that government jobs were given after taking bribes during the Congress rule in Assam due to which talented people used to lose out valuable employment opportunities
Hazarika, in a post on X, shared pictures of his address at Laluk Gana Bhawan ground in Lakhimpur
“I attended a large public meeting at the Laluk Gana Bhawan ground in Lakhimpur District, regarding the newly constituted Ranganadi Assembly Constituency No. 74. It was heartening to witness the unwavering support of the people towards HCM @himantabiswasir and our party, adding to our strength,” he wrote
“ BJP District President Shri Phanidhar Bora, Hon'ble MP Shri Pradan Barua, MLA Shri Manab Deka, Dr. Amiya Kumar Bhuyan, as well as district, mandal, booth, and morcha-level k?ryakart?s of the party, were present in the gathering,” he added
