Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma recently posted a video of a diwali bash that he attended which was hosted by state irrigation minister Ashok Singhal
Sharing the video on X, Sarma wrote, “Diwali Milans is a wonderful opportunity to catch up with friends, colleagues and well wishers. I recently attended one, hosted by my Cabinet colleague Shri Ashok Singhal.”
Meanwhile, Singhal, in a post on X, expressed his pleasure for being able to host the Chief Minister at the Diwali Milan programme
“It was a pleasure & an honour to host our Hon’ble CM Dr. @himantabiswa dangoriya, and my respected cabinet colleagues & friends at this year’s Diwali Milan. May Assam continue to shine brighter each day under our Hon’ble CM’s enlightened leadership ,” wrote Singhal
The video shows the Chief Minister interacting and taking selfies with the people besides enjoying the dinner and cultural programmes along with his family
