According to renowned dietitian Manpreet Kalra, starting your day with tea and biscuits can cause acidity, hinder nutrition absorption, increase belly fat and cause rapid spike in blood sugar levels
She suggests that you should start your day with these drinks-
2. Coriander Seeds Water
