1. Golden Turmeric Milk Boil one cup of cow milk, crush raw turmeric + fresh ginger, add dry ginger, a small piece of cinnamon, and black pepper- boil for 5 minutes, strain & have it!

2. Licorice Tea Take 1 small cup of boiled water, add 2-3 gms of mulethi powder mix well and have it sip by sip (Avoid if you are diabetic patient)

3. Ayurvedic Immune Shots Take these things : Turmeric - 1/2 tsp, Dry ginger (sonth)-1/4th tsp, Honey - 1 tbsp You just need to mix all these ingredients in a small bowl and have it raw, once or twice a day

4. Steam Inhalation Inhaling steam is the fastest way to relieve cold & cough. Herbs to be used in steam inhalation: Ajwain(carom seeds),Tulsi leaves,Turmeric powder, Vasa(ardusi leaves ) if you can found it,Mint leaves,cinnamon stick, eucalyptus oil (1-2 drops)

5. Drink Warm Water & eat easily digestible foods Drinking warm water will helps your obstructive kapha & give it a warm hug to remove and clear the path. Easy to digest food is much needed because at the this time our digestive fire is at the lowest, so feed your stomach with light & fresh foods.
