National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the project entitled “Development of Minimally Invasive Printed Electrochemical Sensors for Personalized Levodopa Dose Optimization in Parkinson’s Disease” in 2026.

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates with an M.Tech. / M.E. in Nanoelectronics/microelectronics/semiconductor Sensors/ or related disciplines with experience in semiconductor devices/sensors and quantum simulation.
Or
M.Sc. (chemistry/Physics) with valid GATE/NET qualification
Or
GATE-qualified candidates with a B.Tech. / B.E. (CGPA above 8.0) in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related disciplines.
Knowledge of semiconductor, first principle simulation /density functional theory is necessary.
Fellowship : INR 37,000/- p.m., for the first two years and INR 42,000/- p.m., for the third year.
