Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) West Jaintia Meghalaya is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of TGT and Hostel Warden in 2026.
Name of post : TGT- English, Mathematics, Khasi, Science, Music, Librarian and Physical Education Teacher
Eligibility Criteria :
TGT (English/ Khasi / Mathematics/ Science/Social Science) :
Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized institution in concerned subject.
Or
Bachelors Honours Degree in the concerned subject. Candidate should have studied requisite subjects for atleast 2 years in the 03 years degree course
Or
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute in concerned subject. The candidate
should have studied the requisite subjects in all three years of degree course.
TGT (Music) : Bachelor’s Degree with Music from a recognized University/Institution
TGT (Librarian) :
Degree in Library Science from a recognized Institution/University
Or
Graduation with one-year diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institution.
TGT (Physical Education Teacher) : Bachelor degree in Physical Education from a recognized
institution / university
Name of post : Hostel Warden (Male & Female)
Eligibility Criteria :
Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized institution.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university/ institute
Remuneration :
TGT: Rs. 33,000/- per month
Hostel Warden: Rs. 36,000/- per month
Age Limit : Minimum and Maximum age limit is 21 years and 60 years respectively.
