Star couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma- popularly known as Virushka- was recently overwhelmed by the warm gesture of a Bhutanese family who invited them for tea without knowing their real identities.

The couple, presently holidaying in Bhutan, was invited by the family when they saw the duo fondling and feeding their four-month-old calf on Monday.

Virat and Anushka had gone on an 8.5 km uphill trek when they found the calf along their way.

In her Instagram account, Anushka said the ‘beautiful and warm family’ offered them tea by thinking of them as ‘two tired trekkers’.

“Today, during our 8.5 km uphill trek we stopped by a small village on a mountain to pet and feed a baby calf who was born just 4 months ago,” she wrote.

“So we went in to the home of this beautiful and warm family who had absolutely no idea who we were and yet they treated us with such warmth and love,” she further said.

“We spent some time with them chatting and drinking tea and the whole time they just know us as two tired trekkers!” she further added.

Anushka also wrote that they were both touched with the kind gesture of the family towards ‘two random foreigners without seeking anything in return.’

“Whoever knows Virat and me very closely, know that both of us live for such moments of genuine, simple & pure human connection,” she further wrote on her Instagram.

“It fills us with such joy and peace knowing that they just wanted to be kind to two random foreigners (plus our guide ) without seeking anything in return,” she added.

“If this is not the true meaning of life then I don’t know what is. A memory we will cherish forever,” she further added.
