Buckingham Palace has released a 30-member guest list for the funeral of Duke of Edinburgh – Prince Phillip, scheduled to be held on Saturday.

The 50-minute funeral services will be attended by only 30 guests, who are members and close relatives of the British Royal Family.

“The Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral will be a Ceremonial Royal Funeral, the same as that of Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother. It will not be a State Funeral – something that is generally reserved for Monarchs,” the Buckingham Palace said in a statement.

The 50-minute televised service will take place in St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

The late Duke of Edinburgh passed away last week at age 99.

The number of attendees in the funeral has been limited to 30 due to Britain’s COVID-19 restrictions — and even Prime Minister Boris Johnson won’t be attending.

The funeral is limited to Queen Elizabeth and Philip’s four children, eight grandchildren, their spouses, the late Princess Margaret’s children and several members of Philip’s Greek and German family.

Notably, British royals William and Harry will not walk side by side in the procession at this weekend’s funeral of Queen Elizabeth II’s husband Prince Philip, Buckingham Palace revealed.

As young boys in 1997, the pair provided the most poignant image of their mother princess Diana’s funeral as they walked, heads bowed, behind her coffin.

Their grandfather’s funeral, at Windsor Castle at 3 pm (1400 GMT) Saturday, is the pair’s first reunion since Harry’s shock move to the United States last year.

It will be closely watched for signs of strains in the sibling relationship, with confirmation they will not walk shoulder-to-shoulder and instead be separated by cousin Peter Phillips likely to fuel speculation that a rift persists.

The brothers have reportedly fallen out over Harry’s departure from the royal frontline and move to California with his wife, Meghan.

When the coffin, to be carried on a bespoke Land Rover designed to Philip’s specifications, arrives at St George’s Chapel, William will move ahead of his younger brother as the royal mourners enter in pairs.
