Counsel for the NCB said that Aryan Khan is a regular user of drugs, which came to light after scrutiny of his WhatsApp chats.

However, at the time of his arrest, Aryan Khan did not possess any kind of drugs.
Aryan Khan allegedly “indulged in illicit drug trafficking”, and was in touch with “some persons abroad who appear to be a part of an International Drug Network” to procure “bulk quantity of hard drugs”, the NCB said.
