In a shocking incident that took place in Dhaula Kuan area of New Delhi, a Delhi Traffic police personnel was dragged on the bonnet of a car for a few metres after he tried stopping the vehicle for violating rules.

The entire incident was caught on a nearby CCTV camera.

At first, the policemen tried to stop the vehicle for violating traffic rules. But when the vehicle did not stop,  the cop tried to get on the car when the driver decided to flee.

In the video, the cop can be seen pounding on the car before falling onto the road after a few metres.

The rouge driver, however, managed to flee from the scene, however, was later caught after a one-kilometre chase.

The driver has been identified as one Shubham and an FIR has been filed against him at the Delhi Cantt police station in South West Delhi.
