Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan has tested positive for the Covid-19. Mahira shared the news on Instagram. She wrote that she is currently in self-isolation and also asked people who were in close contact with her to get tested.
In the note shared on Instagram, Mahira mentioned that it has been a rough time for her and she hopes that it would soon be okay. She also requested everyone to wear a mask.
“I have tested positive for Covid-19. I am isolating and have also informed all those who were in close contact with me over the last few days. It’s been rough but it will be ok soon, Inshallah. Please please wear a mask and follow other sops – for your sake and others (sic),” she said.
“P.S Prayers and movie recommendations are more than welcome (sic),” added Mahira.
Mahira Khan made her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees in 2017.
She began her career as a VJ with Most Wanted on MTV Pakistan. She made her acting debut with the critically acclaimed film Bol in 2011.
The actress rose to fame with TV show Humsafar, opposite Fawad Khan.
