Police in Jammu have recovered an arms consignment, believed to have been dropped inside Indian territory by Pakistan using drones.
The recovery was made by the police in Jammu near the International Border with Pakistan late on Saturday night.
The consignment of arms included an AK assault rifle, three magazines, 30 rounds of ammunition and a night vision device.
The recovery was made after a villager informed police about a humming sound of a suspected drone from Pakistan.

On receiving information, police immediately cordoned off the Sounjana village and launched a search operation leading to the recovery.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case and efforts are on to identify the persons who were supposed to receive the consignment.
