Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Tuesday held a live webinar for students, and announced the dates of JEE Mains and NEET 2020.

During the webinar, the minister addressed various queries of students, ranging from pending board exams to dates for national level entrance exams.

Pokhriyal Nishank informed that NEET 2020 will be held on July 26 by NTA. Nearly 17 lakh aspirants will be appearing NEET 2020 to get admissions in the medical colleges for MBBS degree.

The HRD minister confirmed that JEE Main 2020 Exam will now be held from July 19 to 23. The detailed exam schedule will be available soon on NTA website, he said.

With JEE Main 2020 delayed until mid-July, the JEE Advanced will now be held in August 2020. IIT Delhi which will organize the JEE Advanced will provide details about the schedule on its website.

During the webinar, minister also urged students to use the online learning platforms including DIKSHA, SWAYAM and others that have been developed by the MHRD to help students continue their learning processes at home.
