The 19-year-old was gang-raped and brutalised by four upper men on September 14.

The victim died on September 29 at Delhi’s Safdurjung Hospital.

Her body was allegedly cremated by Uttar Pradesh Police in a hurry without the consent of the family members.

The UP police, though, have refuted this claim.

The plea also sought a transfer of the trial in the case from UP to Delhi.
