YouTube and Gmail seem to have been worst hit globally, causing an uproar on Twitter about how Google services have left them high and dry especially on the first day of the week.
Google has confirmed on its service status page that all its services are suffering an outage.
About Gmail, for example, it says: “We’re aware of a problem with Gmail affecting a majority of users. The affected users are unable to access Gmail. We will provide an update by 12/14/20, 5:42 PM detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change.”

For some people, Google Search seems to be working fine while some users are reporting even Search is not working for them.
