Union defence minister Rajnath Singh has tested positive for COVID-19. 

Rajnath Singh is suffering from mild COVID symptoms. 

“I have tested positive for Corona today with mild symptoms,” Defence minister Rajnath Singh said. 

Singh has been placed under home quarantine. 

“I am under home quarantine,” Defence minister Rajnath Singh said. 

Meanwhile, the defence minister has urged all who came in contact with him to get tested for COVID-19.

“I request everyone who have recently come in my contact to isolate themselves and get tested,” Rajnath Singh added.
