Popular Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput reportedly committed suicide on Sunday.

Reports claim the ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ actor was found hanging at his Bandra residence.

In a tweet, senior journalist Meghna Prasad said, “BREAKING : ACTOR SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT DIES. FOUND HANGING IN HIS BANDRA HOME. POLICE CONFIRMS.”

Singh, who was 34, debuted in Bollywood with ‘Kai Po Che!’ and was last seen in ‘Chhichhore’.

The late actor began his career in television and debuted in romantic drama ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil’ (2008), which was followed by an award-winning performance in Zee TV’s popular soap opera ‘Pavitra Rishta’ (2009–11).

His performance in Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kai Po Che!’ was widely admired and his stardom and fan following reached to a different level with his portrayal of MS Dhoni in the silver screen.

Singh’s former manager Disha Salian was found dead a few days ago.

The case is being investigated by the police.
