“We will go amid the public with the work we have done. I am confident that BJP will win over 300 seats in the upcoming state elections,” CM Adityanath said at Express e-Adda of The Indian Express.
During the interactive session CM Adityanath spoke on a host of issues including 2022 Assembly elections, controversial ‘Love Jihad’ issue and Uttar Pradesh’s COVID-19 management.
This statement from Yogi Adityanath came at a time when all within the UP BJP seems to be not well.
Meanwhile, the ruling BJP is making every possible effort to project a united front and dispel rumours about discontent or alleged differences between the central and state leadership.
Speaking on COVID-19 management in Uttar Pradesh Adityanath said: “Some said that a case of murder must be registered against the Election Commission. I want to ask, were there any elections in Maharashtra or Delhi, was there a Kumbh there?”
