All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Guwahati, Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or jobs of Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) and Project Technical Support-III, purely on contractual basis in the extramural project titled “ICMR’s Multistate Implementation research study on integration of screening and management of mental and substance use disorders with other Non-communicable (ICMR-MINDS)” in 2026.

Minimum Essential Qualification (A+B ‘OR’ A+C)*
A. Post Graduate (PG) Degree in Public Health/Epidemiology/Biostatistics/Psychology/Social Work/Community Development/Community Health Nursing from a UGC/AICTE recognized university or institution;
AND
B. At least Three years of Research work experience in projects funded by national agencies such as ICMR/DHR/ANRF/DBT;
OR
C. Completed PhD in the abovementioned fields from a UGC/AICTE recognized university or
institution/Institutes of National Importance.
Monthly Consolidated Emoluments : Rs. 67,000/- + 20% HRA
