Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) Guwahati Assam is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts or career of Training & Field Executive (TFE) in 2026.

Qualification :
Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (preferably in Social Work, Disaster Management, Mass
Communication, Sociology, Rural Development, or any relevant field).
Experience :
Minimum (5) five years of total experience in the social sector out of which minimum specific
experience of three years in coordinating and managing Training and Capacity Building activities
preferably in the field of Disaster Management/Disaster Preparedness/Community Organization/ livelihoods etc.
Remuneration :
Rs. 70,000/- to Rs. 1,00,00/- per month (inclusive of local taxes) and will be fixed during negotiations based on experience and previous assignments undertaken.
