The 67th National Film Awards, which were announced earlier this year in March, were presented at an event in New Delhi on Friday.

The 67th National Awards were delayed from last to this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Among the awardees, Dhanush and Manoj Bajpayee received their awards for Best Actor and Kangana Ranaut received her award for Best Female Actor.

Actor Rajinikanth received the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award at the event.

Kangana Ranaut won her third Best Actor prize for her performances in Manikarnika (2019) and Panga (2020) while Manoj Bajpayee and Dhanush shared the Best Actor award for their respective roles in Bhonsle and Asuran, which also won Best Tamil Film award.
