The Tripura government has renamed two locations in the state in Kokborok.

The easternmost town in Tripura – Gandachera and highest hill range in the state – Atharamura have been renamed in Kokborok.

These two places in Tripura were renamed on Wednesday on the occasion of 44th Kokborok Day.
